Card Jitsu Rules - Club Penguin Home Version

In addition to playing Card-Jitsu on the Club Penguin website, you can play at home with your friends, using Club Penguin Card-Jitsu cards.  These are top quality cards for playing or collecting.  They are made specifically for Disney by Topps, the World's largest trading card company.

Below are the rules when you are playing Card-Jitsu at home. I have included the Quick Play Rules and below that the Standard Play Rules.  If you have any questions, please email me Gabriella@ClubPenguin360.com

  Card-Jitsu Rules - Quick Play
(Ignore special instruction on Power Cards.)

Start with an equal number of cards – face down. 
Every turn, choose one card and play it face up.

Fire beats Ice        Ice beats Water       Water beats Fire

If each player’s symbols are the same,
the highest number wins the round.

If the symbols and number are the same,
neither player wins (players keep cards).

Winning cards are placed in your WIN pile.

Losing cards are discarded.

TO WIN: Have the most cards in your win pile!

 

      Card-Jitsu Rules - Standard Play            

Start with an equal number of cards (at least 20) face down.
Take 5 cards from the top of your pile to use as your hand.
Every turn, choose a card from your hand to play face up.

Fire beats Ice        Ice beats Water       Water beats Fire

When a Power Card is played, follow the special instructions.
After each round pick up another card from your pile so there
are always 5 cards in your hand. When your deck runs out,
shuffle your discard pile and start again.

TO WIN: Have the first winning set. A winning set is:

 3 cards with the same element (fire, water, ice)

OR

3 different elements (fire, water or ice)
